1-ON-1 PRIVATE TRAINING (1:1)
P3SP offers sport specific individual training for individuals. Along with the coaching staff, the athlete will get the opportunity to create a specialized program trailored just for them. If the athlete misses a session, they have the option to sign-up for a semi private training sessions that same week. Programs will differ for each athlete. Each session begins with an active warm-up and end with static stretching. Each session is for 60 to 75 minutes.
