P3SP is a great venue for large gatherings and tournaments. Please review the following rules regarding large events. Any inquiries on large events should go to info@p3sp.com

 

Birthday Parties

​

All birthday parties require a $500 deposit up front. Rates for birthday parties include use of 1 full basketball or volleyball court, plus half the lobby for setting up tables, chairs, coolers etc. The turf area and batting cages are available for rent during your party for an additional price. You're welcome to bring your own food in and out, but must clean up after the event. Rates for birthday parties are as follows: Refundable Deposit: $500. Hourly rate: $250 per hour. Minimum 2 hour booking. Set-up, tear-down and court time is included in the rate. All monies must be paid up front prior to party being reserved.

Large Events

​

P3SP 36,500 sq foot facility that can seat up to 200-300 people comfortable. Rate for large events is $600 per hour with a $1000 deposit. Set-up and tear-down must be factored in at the hourly rate. Events that don't require moving goals are set at a minimum of 4 hours. Events that require moving goals must be a minimum of 8 hours.

Tournaments

Touranmets are run in conjuncture with basketball training with Coach Pillow.
